During the months of December 2015 and January 2016 were carried out in factories croissants and factory muffins, external audits by the audit firm ACERTA , for the renewal of the IFS certification of our system Management of food Security .
The two audits were successfully passed and we already have updated certificates of the two factories .
Since the year 2010 , in which the first certification was conducted every year we have improved the results , reached ever higher levels of food security.
These improvements have shown in our facilities , production processes, good manufacturing practices and ultimately in our products.
